💎 Vibes n Vanity Return Policy 💎

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered.

To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. A receipt or order number is helpful but not required—if you received an item as a gift, just reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.

To start a return, you may either:

All returns are subject to a 2% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Items sent without return authorization will not be accepted.

🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Any damage or item issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Send clear photos and a description to glam@vibesnvanity.com and we’ll take care of it.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Beauty or personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

🔁 Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item, then place a new order once your return is accepted.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return it—no reason needed. Items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase if possible.

💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, a refund (minus the 2% restocking fee) will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If you received an item as a gift, you may be eligible for store credit instead.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and no refund has posted, contact us at glam@vibesnvanity.com.
